Wayne "The Train" Hancock Table Debut
headliner: Wayne "The Train" Hancock
Hometown: TX
B-Day: 5/1

Wayne “The Train” Hancock comes to The Table at Madeley with the hard-driving sound he calls juke joint swing, pulling honky-tonk, Western swing, Texas rockabilly, blues, and big-band rhythm into a live show that never treats traditional country like a museum piece.

After six years in the U.S. Marines, Hancock returned to music and appeared in the 1994 stage production Chippy alongside Joe Ely, Terry Allen, Butch Hancock, and Robert Earl Keen. His 1995 debut, Thunderstorms and Neon Signs, introduced that uncompromising sound to a wider audience and helped establish the relentless touring career that followed.

Turn Thursday into a midweek night out in downtown Conroe—come early, grab something from the bar, find your spot near the stage, and settle in for road-tested songs with swing, grit, and character.
