Waiter / Waitress
The Table at Madeley is looking for a waiter or waitress who brings positive energy, strong service instincts, and a guest-first attitude to every shift.
Our venue is a lively open-air gathering place in the heart of Conroe featuring live music, private events, food trucks, community events, and some of the best patio vibes around. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can move quickly in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to make guests feel welcome, cared for, and comfortable.
As a waiter or waitress at The Table, you’ll help greet guests, answer questions, take food and drink orders when needed, deliver items accurately, keep guest areas clean and organized, assist with table service, and support the overall flow of service during busy shifts. You should be comfortable working evenings, weekends, concerts, private events, and high-volume venue nights.
The right fit is dependable, personable, team-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Prior restaurant, hospitality, or event service experience is preferred, but a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn matter just as much.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with friendly, attentive, guest-first service.
- Assist guests with seating, ordering, venue questions, and general service needs.
- Take food and drink orders when needed and communicate them accurately.
- Deliver food, drinks, and other guest items quickly and correctly.
- Support bar, food truck, event, and management teams during busy service periods.
Qualifications
Must Have
- Friendly, dependable, and guest-focused.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, concerts, and private events.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods.
Nice to Have
- Prior restaurant, bar, hospitality, or event service experience.
- Experience working in a live music venue, patio venue, food hall, restaurant, or event space.
- Experience with table service, counter service, or high-volume guest service.
- Familiarity with POS systems, order taking, or guest tabs.
- TABC certification.
