Manager
The Table at Madeley is looking for a full-time manager who brings positive energy, strong leadership, sound judgment, and a guest-first attitude to every shift.
Our venue is a lively open-air gathering place in the heart of Conroe featuring live music, private events, food trucks, community events, and some of the best patio vibes around. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, can stay calm under pressure, and knows how to create a welcoming, organized, and memorable experience for guests and staff.
As a manager at The Table, you’ll help lead daily venue operations, support and guide team members, monitor guest service, coordinate with bar, food truck, event, and security teams, and help keep the venue clean, safe, stocked, and ready for service. You should be comfortable working evenings, weekends, concerts, private events, and high-volume venue nights.
The right fit is dependable, personable, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed. Prior leadership experience in hospitality, food and beverage, events, or venue operations is preferred, along with a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in helping people succeed.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily venue operations with a friendly, attentive, guest-first approach.
- Support, guide, and hold team members accountable for service, safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
- Help create a welcoming, organized, and memorable experience for every guest.
- Monitor guest needs, service flow, and venue conditions throughout each shift.
- Handle guest questions or concerns professionally and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications
Must Have
- Friendly, dependable, and guest-focused.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, concerts, and private events.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Team-oriented, organized, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
Nice to Have
- Prior management, supervisor, or shift-lead experience in hospitality, food and beverage, events, or venue operations.
- Experience working in a live music venue, patio venue, restaurant, bar, food hall, or event space.
- Experience leading teams during concerts, private events, or other high-volume service periods.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, order flow, or guest tabs.
- TABC certification or familiarity with Texas alcohol service requirements.
