Bartender
The Table at Madeley is looking for a bartender who brings great energy, strong service instincts, and a guest-first attitude to every shift.
Our bar is part of a lively open-air venue featuring live music, private events, food trucks, community gatherings, and some of the best patio vibes in Conroe. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, can stay calm under pressure, and knows how to make guests feel welcome from the moment they walk up to the bar.
As a bartender at The Table, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, checking IDs, handling guest transactions, keeping the bar clean and stocked, and helping create a fun, safe, and memorable experience for every guest. You should be comfortable working evenings, weekends, concerts, and private events.
The right fit is dependable, personable, team-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed. Prior bartending or bar service experience is preferred, but a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn matter just as much.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with friendly, attentive, guest-first service.
- Check IDs and follow all alcohol service laws and venue policies.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly, accurately, and consistently.
- Handle cash, card transactions, tabs, and point-of-sale activity accurately.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
Qualifications
Must Have
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to obtain or maintain required Texas alcohol service certification, such as TABC.
- Friendly, dependable, and guest-focused.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, concerts, and private events.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Nice to Have
- Prior bartending or bar service experience.
- Experience working in a live music venue, restaurant, bar, patio venue, or event space.
- Knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, spirits, and common drink recipes.
- Experience with high-volume service during concerts, festivals, or private events.
- Familiarity with POS systems and bar tabs.
