He’s also received recognition from the Texas Country Music Association as Christian Country Songwriter of the Year Runner-Up and Honorable Mention for two different songs in the same year. \nOnce signed to Showtime Records/Nashville\, Rex toured the Regional Country Music scene\, building a loyal following before taking time to focus on family.
