Her musical journey began early\, singing at churches and festivals throughout the southeast. At just 12 years old\, she received her first guitar and soon after began writing her own songs. In 2016\, Lauren moved to Nashville\, where she quickly assembled her own band and started making waves in the music scene. \nScotty Casteel originates from southwest Missouri. He has dedicated much of his career to traveling and performing original music with his band. Scotty’s extensive experience on the road has honed his skills and broadened his musical repertoire. \nLauren and Scotty met in 2017\, and their onstage chemistry was immediately apparent. Together\, they have become a dynamic duo\, performing weekly in downtown Nashville. Their sets feature a mix of original songs and covers from various genres\, showcasing their versatile talents. \nThis event marks Lauren and Scotty’s second trip to Texas as a duo with band\, and they are thrilled to be returning to The Table at Madeley.
